Mr.Maher is co-founder and executive director of J-technology company At J-technology, Mr. Maher drives the organization's strategic growth, partnership development and oversees its talented and passionate staff. Mr.Maher is an Egyptian self-made businessman, engaged with various community organizations throughout different marketing scopes as he started as a salesman in a small marketing organization, before moving on through a brilliant business journey started at Saudi Aujan company in which Mr.Maher act as a brand manager in “1995” until “1998” then acting as marketing manager in New Mowasat Hospital In Kuwait in the period of 1998 till “2002”. Finally, Ressala TV channel where the key role of Mr.Maher was manager director in the period of “2002” till “2009” also has worked as a leader and a voice of progressive change there with responsibilities of marketing specialties span B2C and B2B including product positioning, marketing strategy, marketing technology, demand creation, brand building, brand repositioning, organizational improvements, agile marketing, and sales enablement. MR Maher believes in two key principles: Find opportunities where no one else is looking; don't rely on what you think you know. It's a methodology centered around Agile marketing practices and marketing technology. So, a new challenge started when he transferred his business to his home country to build an intelligent marketing company “Egyptian Saudi Company” for Advertising in “2009” and then founded j-technology to do market difference through using information technology to implement online and internet solutions, To capture the story behind his work, Mr.Maher had proven track of success in supporting his great experience in the marketing sector with the up-to-date knowledge and information and gain different certificates to name but a few; certificate of market management from Newman University in Kuwait in “2006” through the gulf innovation co. and also had a certification of the modern management skills in “2007” from the same organization.
As a result of the expected continuous series of successes, Mr. Maher was honored in various scientific forums such as the Kuwait university in “2005”.
Success comes with effort, persistence, and dedication. Dr Samer ‘s career story begins when he started his studies in the medical school, as any student who achieved high grades in school he wanted to be a great doctor with a mission to make a difference in medicine, but soon his dreams started falling apart with every year He spent in the medical school. He sensed something wrong, not in the way we practice medicine, but with the method we manage the business. Medicine is, like all professions, should be managed in the right way, or we will not achieve the results required. So by his fourth year, he started studying what he believed can make a difference in the process. He studied computer science, programming, marketing, businesses development, project management, and many other subjects that can make a difference. He didn't know exactly how this can help, but he was sure that knowledge will always be useful. By the year he graduated, he was already a lecturer in IBM and RITI, lecturing different subjects, but mainly focused on programming, project management, and marketing. Through his early career years and beside practicing medicine as a GP in different hospitals, he was already starting his first business office of marketing consultations, e-commerce, and e-marketing, in addition to lecturing in many institutes and universities. The idea of all of that was gaining enough insights on the process of hospitals, gaining experience in management and marketing, and transferring knowledge and reshaping minds.
After 15 years of experience in many fields, and with studying his MBA, he decided to take the big step he always wanted and to shift his business and focusing on enhancing the patient experience in the healthcare sector. With the knowledge he built over years, and with his experience as a physician, we worked with many hospitals to introduce the enhancements required for patient experience. With business slogans saying "excellence in patient services" and "treat your patient as your customer", we were able to introduce better process in patient services in multiple hospitals. These hospitals are now considered number 1 worldwide in providing the best patient experience.
Now we have an experience of over 7 years in hospitals process enhancements, and we also provide several tools and programs that help in making the difference. He is now focusing on extending his experience with all healthcare providers through various tools and training.
